Penguin Benefits, a self-service parental leave planning platform, launched in 2020 as a B2C product. They were ready as of 2023 to target the insurance industry to expand their sales approach to B2B.

Chengchen ("CC") Li is founder and CEO of Penguin Benefits, a SaaS platform she launched in 2020 to demystify parental leave for expecting, adoptive, and foster parents. A former John Hancock actuary with a Stanford MS in Management, she built Penguin after struggling to navigate her own leave as a first-time mom.
