Allison Poole is a Midlife Wellness coach and consultant, and the founder of Pause Together Community, a space dedicated to helping women thrive through midlife and menopause.

She began her career as a physical therapist, specializing in pelvic health, and spent over 20 years working with patients in both clinical and coaching settings. During this time, she developed a passion for supporting women through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause.
​
Wanting to create a broader impact, Allison launched Pause Together to provide a community-based approach to midlife wellness. Through workshops, coaching calls, and a resource-rich membership, women learn strategies to improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Her background in physical therapy, combined with integrative coaching and years of hands-on experience, gave her the skills to grow this supportive space for women at every stage of midlife.
Allison lives in Portland, Maine, where she enjoys connecting with her community, sharing her expertise through integrative health coaching, events, and focused consultations aimed at helping women feel energized, confident, and empowered as they move through life’s changes. Julie has 20+ years in corporate B2B marketing and a talent for storytelling, helping businesses communicate with clarity and impact. kate is a branding specialist with nearly two decades in design and SEO, creating strong visual identities and growth-focused strategies for small businesses. In 2023 they came together and founded Bootstrap Marketing.
