Erin Flett
Textile Designer & Entrepreneur

Erin Flett is a fine artist, textile designer, and visionary entrepreneur known for her bold, imperfect, hand-drawn style and joyful approach to design.

From her 4,000-square-foot studio in Gorham, Maine, Erin and her team draw, design, cut, sew, and ship every piece in-house, creating one of the few truly locally made lifestyle collections of its kind.

Her work is carried in more than 900 shops worldwide and has been featured in over 100 national and international publications, including O, The Oprah Magazine and Better Homes & Gardens. She has collaborated with brands including L.L.Bean and Anthropologie and won $100,000 through Maine’s Greenlight Maine competition.

Now, Erin is expanding her creative world through The Yellow Field, a 10.7-acre farm where art, nature, community, and intentional living will converge. At the heart of everything she creates is a belief that thoughtful design can bring more beauty, connection, and joy into everyday life.

"The Beautiful Work: Building a Business, a Life, and a Legacy"

A conversation about creating beauty, carrying responsibility, staying connected to yourself, and building something that lasts.

Behind every beautiful business is the real work of bringing an idea to life—and continuing to believe in it through growth, uncertainty, reinvention, and change.

Join us for an intimate conversation with Maine artist, textile designer, and entrepreneur Erin Flett. Together, we will explore Erin’s journey from artist and designer to the founder of a nationally recognized lifestyle brand; the creativity and complexity of building a business by hand; the loneliness, courage, and responsibility of leadership; and her evolving vision for The Yellow Field.

This will be an honest conversation about trusting your instincts, protecting what makes your work distinctly yours, navigating the messy middle, and building something that brings beauty and joy into the world—without losing yourself along the way.
