WellSort

WellSort was founded in 2020 by Anush Hansen, a licensed counselor and former epidemiologist and public health researcher, to offer her clients a self-reflection tool that could help them better articulate the factors in work and life that were causing stress, burnout, anxiety, and imbalance.
The company started by offering card decks to individuals, coaches, and counselors, but soon transitioned to a digital platform and began targeting employers as well. This year, they significantly updated the platform, launching the 2.0 version in October 2025. As a result of this elevated tool and further growth in the employer market, it was time for refreshed branding and updated marketing assets.
The Work
We initially performed a thorough audit of their existing brand assets, marketing systems, and website to identify their strengths and uncover any gaps as it relates to their business goals and objectives, as well as their adherence to best practices.
We then provided a recommended plan for what we’d do to refresh the brand identity for greater impact and redesign the website while also optimizing their marketing automations and compliance.
The Results
In just 6 weeks, we developed a comprehensive set of updated visuals and a new brand messaging framework that better aligned with their identity. We clarified their positioning and value proposition for new markets, and aligned their brand messaging for consistency.
From there, we created a new structure and design for their website that would not only reflect the new branding and messaging but also improve UX and optimize for SEO.
